If your confirmed booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date the fee is 50% of first night.

If you confirmed booking is cancelled within 4 days of arrival date the fee is 100% of first night.

Check in is 3pm - 6pm

Checkout should be no later than 11am

Late check-ins must be organised in advance of your arrival
